Aluminium Alloy 3105 Angles are manufactured from a medium-strength aluminium-manganese alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance and good formability. Alloy 3105 contains manganese as the primary alloying element, which enhances strength while maintaining good ductility and workability. Due to its lightweight nature and durability, Aluminium 3105 Angles are widely used in architectural structures, roofing frameworks, cladding supports, sign boards, storage tanks, trailers, and general sheet metal fabrication. Aluminium 3105 offers good weldability and moderate strength, making it suitable for bending, forming, and rolling applications. It is a non-heat treatable alloy that gains strength through cold working. The material performs well in atmospheric conditions and industrial environments where corrosion resistance and structural stability are important. Aluminium Alloy 3105 Angles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and provide long service life with minimal maintenance. The angles can be supplied in various tempers such as H14, H16, H18, and H24, along with surface finishes including mill finish, anodized, painted, or powder-coated options to meet specific design and industrial requirements. Custom sizes, thicknesses, and lengths can also be provided as per client specifications for commercial and structural projects.
